About

Margaret is an Integral Master Coach™ certified by Integral Coaching Canada, the only accredited integral coaching program in the world that surpasses Masters Level International Coach Federation requirements.   She has a passion for lifelong learning, personal growth and contributing to others:  this is what called her to step boldly into the coaching training program at Integral Coaching Canada.  From the moment she was introduced to the Integral Coaching® method in 2008 she knew she had found an approach that resonated deeply with her desire to enable growth and transformation that endures: she both observed and experienced profound results.   She brings this passion to her clients and is committed that they meet their goals and aspirations.

Margaret holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Geography and Land Use Planning.  She brings to her coaching 30 years experience working in environmental protection and is skilled in negotiations with diverse groups, including aboriginal and Inuit in Canada’s north. She understands both public and private sectors having worked as a manager in the federal government and as a private consultant.  She has responded to the challenges of organizational downsizing and, has experienced the wobbliness of living through her own life transitions.

Margaret has coached clients of all ages and stages in life who are yearning to live authentically from their place of truth.  Through her warm, compassionate and insightful approach she creates a safe environment for her clients to step outside their current comfort zone into the person they know deep down they can be.

Margaret is a member of professional organizations such as Enneagram North, Professional Enneagram Association of Canada, and the International Coach Federation and is committed to her professional and personal development by ongoing attendance at mastery workshops with Integral Coaching Canada and topic specific workshops. In 2014, she became a certified Enneagram teacher with the Palmer-Daniels school, Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition and continues to be inspired by the shifts and awareness this personality tool enables.

Margaret has three adult children and three gorgeous grandchildren.  She has a passion for being out doors in nature doing photography, cycling, hiking, skiing and snowshoeing in the Gatineau Park with Kody, her Golden Retriever. Regular practices of yoga, tai chi, daily spiritual meditation and journaling all help her to connect with Spirit in nature, in herself, and in others.  She makes her home in Ottawa, surrounded by a beautiful forest.
